Refund and Returns Policy

The policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason listed below you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, I can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

The policy remains in effect for 30 calendar days starting from the delivery date. Should you find any dissatisfaction with your order for the reasons listed below, feel free to return the product for a refund. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the purchase, I won’t be able to provide a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective (damaged)
  • Product is not as described

To verify that the specified criteria are met, we will conduct an inspection on all returns. If the product fails to meet the outlined criteria, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

Proof of purchase

For the refund process to be finalized, I’ll need a receipt, purchase order, or any other form of proof of purchase. Please be aware that in the absence of the mentioned proof, I won’t be able to proceed with the refund.
